Hello The Old Ronin, Emblem codes are redeemed on your Bungie.net profile and are only available to the PSN ID/Gamertag attached to the Bungie account at the time you redeemed the code on, changing Bungie.net accounts or Unlinking your PSN ID/Gamertag from the Bungie.net account will result in the lost of your emblem. Did you change Bungie.net accounts or PSN ID/Gamertags? Could you please go to this link and see if it lists Emblem: Earthborn as a redeemed code under your account. https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/Codes

  • So when I linked my PSN and Xbox Live accounts it deleted my Earthborn emblem? I do not see it listed under my downloads. That makes sense, but it only seems to have done it with that one emblem.

  • Are you sure you redeemed the emblem under this account, or did you have a second Bungie.net account at one point. Did you have one account for your PSN ID and a second for your Gamertag.

    That must be it. I had an account for Xbox Live and PSN until the option to merge the two was created. I'm guessing because I chose my XBL account as my main account, the emblem attached to my PSN account was deleted? That is unfortunate. I feel like playing on two systems should be looked upon a bit more favorably, however I understand the technical aspects sometimes do not line up with expectations. I do wish that my initial contacts with Bungie would have flowed like this. I've been frustrated at the communication from the store for months now. I appreciate your help. I'll just count this as a loss on my part.
