Happened to me as well on 10/24 and I have yet to receive any replies to my customer service emails or the code in my email. OH but don't worry they charged me just fine. I haven't even received the actual product either

  • Yeah, I have tweeted the the store, tweeted to Deej and Cozmo, posted here, left notes to customer service, etc. I'm seriously at a loss on how to get some help. The order is now in a weird state of partially fulfilled. Another odd thing is that I got a tracking number for the parcel they shipped, but the email with the tracking information showed up a couple of days after I got the actual package. Good luck on getting the product. Many of my friends have gotten their items in the past couple of days.

  • Good luck to you to. Weird thing I didn't even get a confirmation email which was weird because I was already signed in with my email when I ordered so I have no idea. I'm at a loss too I've just given up.
