Hello there. The Factions (Or at least New Monarchy) are having a hard time tracking when you are wearing one of our newer class items. Please choose a Chroma Reward next time, and I'll try and give you a Spektar Class Item. Equipping it, or a Y1/Y2 Class Item should also solve your problem.
