GUARDIANS RISING EPISODE 33

SEASON 2 EPISODE 8 Episode 33 Round Two “Kill them all! Abomination and the Guardians!” Aion ordered. He fired. The SIVOMINATION was staggered. It fell. Turtle had his chance. Hemera had hurt him but he had to listen to reason. He tackled Aion and put his hand cannon to the Chosen’s chest. Aion spun around and did the Windy Thing. Turtle went flying slamming into the wall. A crack appearing on his Ram helmet the crack started to glow with void light. Aion looked at him. The Warlock appeared to be smiling through his helmet as the crack grew wider then exploded with void light, blowing a massive hole in the wall. Aion ducked as shrapnel went flying past his face “how the hell did he do that” He yelled. A voice called out from above. “Alright, you bloody miscreants! Bugger off or you deal with me!” Daltec leapt from the ship, wielding two Immobius shotguns. It was apparent that he was absolutely pissed. William ran forwards, testing Daltec, and was met with a hailstorm of Fully-Automatic Fury. He managed to blink away and heal, but the others weren't so lucky, as Aurigentum managed to become reduced to shreds. Bjorn dropped a Ward from the ship, and Daltec beckoned the Chosen to follow him in. They clearly weren't falling for the bait, so the Hunter put away his shotguns for a simple D-20. He ran out of the ward, and threw the die. It landed on a 10, and exploded with a surge of Void Light, burning the eyes of his enemies whilst the Legacy team worked on the SIVomination. He had vanished, by the time that they had regained control of their vision. All of a sudden, the D-20 was dropped again, rolling upon a 6. “Spiderbite!” Dal yelled out, hanging from the bottom of the ascending Blockade Runner. There was a flash, and a row of fangs, chomping upon Liber. The Kyojin dropped down again, Shotguns at the ready. Aion looked in shock. They were all going to die. All his friends were going to actually FRICKING die. And so they did. But Daltec then, being kind, gave them another chance, and thus rolled the D-20 once more. It landed upon an 11. The Guardians were mass-resurrected. He smiled, and said, softly. “Take this as a Touch of Mercy. Do not cross us.” He transmatted into the ship, and left the Chosen team confused and afraid. Aurigentum had actually urinated her Greaves. Erax looked up at the Abomination. Hemera took her helmet off. “It takes a SIVA Charge to break down its shields.” She said quietly. She tore open her chest revealing wires and SIVA Tentacles and grabbed a SIVA Charge that look remarkably like her heart. She nodded to Erax. What was this. She didn't need a heart but that was her regenerative core. Hemera jumped up. She tossed it directly at the center of the creature's chest. The sound of a Man’s screaming, becoming more and more like crying, filled the air. Chosen fired at Alan. He fell instantaneously. Dead. Byf and Okey went to revived him. they were also shot dead. Their Ghosts floated there waiting for a revive. Team Chosen then aimed at Erax. The red haired Hunter put his hands up. But Bjorn, who had been elevated to an Omega Level, had a gift for The Chosen. Using his Psionic powers, Bjorn, from the ship, manipulated Aion’s mind, making him think that his enemies were friends, and friends, enemies. Aion fired at Sierra, and then at William, then proceeding to revive the Legacy Members. His mind was then wiped of what happened that hour. Quinn ducked behind debris. The Siege Engine had been damaged. It would blow up in a few minutes. He looked up. A bomb fell from the SIVOMINATION. IT landed next to Quinn. When it blew up, Quinn was hurt badly and the Wall split once again. “Oh come on!” Erax said as he saw Quinn stabbed through the chest, only being held on to the Wall by the debris that was inside his body. The Hunter rushed at him. From behind Hemera was stabbing the SIVOMINATION. Quinn fell off the debris. Erax tried to grab him as he fell but Aion did. He remembered. The Windy Thing activated. Quinn lost his hand and was blown off the Wall into the City. Erax held on but he was blown off as well. Straight into the City. The SIVOMINATION fell as the Windy Thing tore the hole in it's chest apart completely. Hemera went with it. Aion looked. The rest of Chosen looked at the City. “He's there. At Bannerfall. We can track him.” From behind, Tesla ran up to them. Liber grabbed her and tossed her off the Wall. She was grabbed by a mysterious figure. It was a Hunter… a Warlock? It had both a Cloak and a Bond. “It’d be a damn shame if we lost her. Would screw up the timeline quite a bit.” The Huntlock turned to Aion, and slammed his fist into his face, leaving a mark of the D-8 the Stranger had wielded. “Now give me your Weapon. The Fate. NOW!” Aion felt inclined to give away the Scout Rifle that he had kept for two years. “Thanks. And hey, listen. Don't use your Arc on Aksis. It'll make him enra-” He disappeared in a flash of light. Aion was sure that he had seen him from somewhere before... “Who the Hellmouth is Aksis?” Byf asked. It appeared that he had self resurrected Alan and Okey stood beside him. Chosen turned to them. The three Guardians jumped off the Wall. Erax woke up in Bannerfall next to Quinn. Hemera was Guarding them. She was already carrying her weapon. From above them a ship was hovering. Out fell the Chosen Fireteam. “For god’s sake, do I HAVE to keep on killing you assholes?” A voice, from above. A figure materialised in front of the three, wielding a saber of silver and intricate design. It was Daltec, in full Titan armor, holding the aforementioned saber in his right hand, and a Memory of Felwinter on his hip. “Hey kids, nice seeing you! Leave this to me, and get to the Tower!” Daltec threw some kind of shield generator behind him, creating a large barrier that separated him from the Legacy members. He turned to the Chosen, and shouted, “Come on, you cowardly, godforsaken, confounded, miserable excuse for living organisms! Come on down! Let's make this evening EXCITING!” William ran forwards, attempting to tackle him down, when a blade passed through his being. Daltec had thrown his saber, and blinked past to catch it. He sent out his Ghost to transmat William’s ghost out of the area. “Hey wait a minute!” Aion called out, “Where the hell did Will go, and how did you get back your Ghost? Ares killed it!” “I repaired him after I repaid Ares the same favour, now I'll do the same for you!” Dal rushed the team, hacking and slashing until the ground below him was hot with the burns of destruction. “As for the Warlock, I sent him to the Temple, out of harm’s way, so you need not worry about anything but thyselves!” He replaced his Dragon’s Tooth for a Weapon of Sorrow… The Thorn. “You know, I finally realised what being a Murmurer meant.” Daltec loaded the Demonic Gun. “It is the name of one who had been in contact with the Darkness and thus, like the Murmur, changeable.” He walked closer, the Chosen taking knees and aiming for the chest. “Changeable between the Dark and the Light, able to use weapons of the Dark like second nature. I would have called myself a Reclaimer, or a Wielder, but the name stuck, as will your brains upon that wall…” Daltec stopped, and blinked upwards, his cloak flying off and Skip Grenades gliding through the air. Aion activated his Super, and shocked them out of the sky, then turned his attention to the Bladedancer. He was gone, like a flame in the rain. “GUARDIAN DOWN!” Liber fell, burning with cursed flame, with a hole through the helmet. “Dredgen Yor never managed to complete this beast, neither did Dredgen Vale tame it. Ares had wanted me to finish the Dredgen legacy.” Daltec then kicked out at Aurigentum, breaking her leg, and her rifle. “A pitiful excuse for a replication.” He turned to Aion, and grabbed him by the throat. “You would let your comrades die, in a hunt across the system, just to execute a warrior who killed in defence of his fellow soldier? How selfish…” Daltec received a headbutt and a broken nose for his trouble. He readied the Cannon, facing off against the Stormcaller. “You will die-” He fired at the Warlock. “For a dishonourable cause-” Aion fell to his knees. “Because of your ignorance!” Daltec squeezed the trigger for the final shot, and found that he was out of ammo. Aion took this chance to Radiance and slammed a grenade into Daltec’s faceplate. He obviously regenerated, but was disoriented nonetheless. The Chosen palmed at the Murmurer. Flame flowing through him now. He tossed a Fusion Grenade to the floor. It tore a chunk from the ground. He used his wind powers to fling the stone into Daltec, crushing his chest. “Whatever doesn't kill me, makes me stronger.” Aion quoted. “Whatever doesn't kill ME, had better start haulin’ ass!” Daltec replied, as he coursed through the air in bolts of arc. He flew into a frame, connecting to the entire network, proceeding to then enter the comms channel, play his cover of The Bad Touch on full volume, and immediately leave. The remaining Guardians fell to their knees as they thought about Daltec and “Texas droughts”.
