Reason for being favorite: This is my favorite fanfic for several reasons, the first being that it's mine. I've endeavored to keep it as close to the lore as humanely possible, and for the most part, I think I've done a pretty good job of that. Also, I feel that I've done a good job writing it! And, not to brag (okay, I am shamelessly bragging) but it's probably one of the longest fanfics on the forums; current word count is 67K words, making it the longest thing I've ever written, fan fiction or otherwise!
