There is an axe hidden in archons keep no need for quarentine mission. Its way back opposite the forge entrance though. Lol. Dirrectly opposite.

There's a laser locked door in nearly every plagueland area that has an axe. Duh.

There's plenty of Splicer Key doors scattered about the plaguelands in patrol. It's humorous how you've never noticed that..

This one is hidden though. And I don't think it was there on day 1. I checked. Not 100% sure though as I explored the entire area and didnt find it during a patrol. But I could be wrong. Who know's. The fact that it is hidden behind a cliff pretty much means it isnt easy to find...
