Hey Bungie and guardians, I have been noticing lately that I sometimes don't get a "guaranteed" item when I cash in my faction packages. I'll try and upload a video next time it happens as proof. Unfortunately, it seems like they recently changed how the PS4 captures video so I don't have actual proof atm. Maybe if someone else has had this happen they can leave a comment or possibly a link to a video. Anyway, I feel like this needs to be addressed since the reward in question is considered a guaranteed reward. By the way, I made sure my character had room in all his inventory slots... AND I checked the postmaster afterwards. So... ya, I did my due diligence before posting.
