The title says it. I believe that Memory of Skorri (when active) will block out chests. I tested it twice with Skorri's Harmony active. Chests eventually stopped dropping Spinmetal. Once I used my Super, therefore removing Skorri's Harmony, I was able to loot chests. However, I'm not sure if this I'd the artifact or the Super blocking out chests. I doubt it's the Super, as this has only just recently been happening. I will shortly post a link to me showing it happen. It'll take awhile for the clips to upload.
