check your inventory screen, if you opened the correct chest you should only get the schematics placed in your inventory screen (where your trials passage and challenge of elders sigil are)... thats only the first step, you still have to collect 10 items dropped from patrol enemys and 3 khvostov parts scattered across the cosmodrome

It is a linear quest line, the mission will not show up on your map to choose if you did not speak to Siva4. I have collected all 13 items. Thank you for your insight.
