So this happened to me twice today while on a strike. I panic supered to save my life, heard the nova bomb go "dush," was pretty sure I saw purple balls fly out, but I died and no enemies took damage. Now this has happened to me many, many, many, many times but what made these two instances different was that when I respawned I had no super energy! The first time I thought maybe I just whiffed it trying to hit omnigul and another wizard in mid air but the second time I knew something was up when I launched it at a huge group of taken and when I came back they were all there and I had no super. Has this happened to you? It seems like a very unlucky glitch to me; in the past either u got the nova bomb off and died or didn't get it off in time and spawned with a full super. It's like I was so close to getting my super off before dying that the game didn't know what to do.
