Bones of Eao is STILL the only viable hunter exotic
So the bones are still the only viable hunter exotic for overall use. Shinobu's Vow gives the bones a run for their money, but imo, the bones are still the better option.
I'm not saying that there aren't good hunter exotics, Celestial Nighthawk and Graviton Forfeit come to mind, but those are niche exotics that don't warrant being equipped 24/7.
Hunters need some exotic armor love and perhaps something can finally take the bones' crown.

4 RepliesSealed Grasps are equally viable on every subclass imo. 2 throwing knives, 2 janky backstabs, 2 farts in a jar. Love em. And the melee ammo thing is a nice little bonus. [spoiler]Not to mention cool finger claws.[/spoiler]

Seriously? Just a run? No way to have 2 of the most aggressive tracking nades in the game is this post to keep folks from crying nerf on the vows? Then there is what I run on the blade dancer which is the arachnid chest piece. Love the having nades and supers all the time. For the gunslinger I grant you I can't think of a thing to come close to the bones. I only swap them off for boss bashing with the nighthawk. but for the blade dancer There are two exotics there that are as tops as it gets.

I like the dual skip grenades and dual trip mine gloves. Pretty much the only two exotics I use on the hunter. It's also my least played char.

Lucky raspberry. Spawn with grenade all day. Cant wait for them to fix the rapid cooldown perk on fostees boots. The tigher turn radius is fun to use with shotty/ in your face build.

Why? No jumping needed in any of the raid bosses anyways. There's loads of options. I run bones simply cause the convenience but for hard mode I'll be sure to run something else

The best one in mayhem clash is the Spine of Ahamkara. You can just cover entire areas of the map with your tripmines.

I rock sealed grasps. I love the double vis for pinch situations and stealth kills

2 RepliesSkyburners are a great exotic for nightstalkers. If you're playing with a team, they're imo one of the best (for NS). Orbs for days.

Don't get me wrong, I love Bones, it's a fantastic exotic and makes any jumping puzzle a cake walk; but I personally don't feel like they are as versatile as Sealed Ahamkara Grasps... All three subclasses benefit greatly from an extra melee and the free reload from melee attacks can be a life saver.

For Nightstalker I only use the Sealed Ahamkaras.

Sealed akamaras are really good the double smoke and blinks strike are handy
