Someone please help, error code mongoose and open NAT type

I cant find anyone to play with on destiny. Any loby or game mode i join just keeps saying 1/X playerse, evaluating guardians. . . And that's all it does. Until i get error code mongoose and it drops me from searching. I have checked my NAT type and it is open. I realy cant figure out what is wrong with it to cause search times to be this long. Ive been at trying to fix it for at least over an hour. (Lost track at this point), and nothing seems to work.

Sometimes these are intermittent and just happen once, or for a short period of time, due to network conditions between you, Bungie, and other players. Other times it can be related to your home network, other devices connected to your network, or the connection with your ISP. Even when other games seem to be working fine we've found that Destiny may require a few tweaks to your network to get the best performance.
