I thought Bungo would have mentioned something on this by now. I really hope they didn't cut this out. I really enjoyed getting candy and masks last year and I hope they expand on it some more via quests and shaders and emblems and bounties. Shout out your opinion on Festival of the Lost! Did you enjoy it last year? Should there be more specific items and shaders for the Festival? What about a unique legendary weapon they give out for the week?
