You didn't read the post, eh? This is about the fact that the code for having completed the MOT disappeared from the site many hours earlier than the published ending time for being able to order the shirt, leaving many of us shirtless...

You are completely wrong yes moments did end but it clearly says on the website you have until 11:59 on Oct 4th to purchase shirt

I am not "completely wrong", with what I stated in my comment. I understand that you may feel frustrated. Have you read all the FAQ for Moments of Triumph? Did you complete your moments of Triumph before September 20th? Here is an answer within Bungie's own FAQ on Moments of Triumph: Q: What is the deadline for ordering a Year Two Moments of Triumph T-Shirt at the Bungie Store? A: 11:59 PM PDT on October 4th, 2016 is the deadline for ordering the Year Two Moments of Triumph T-Shirt from the Bungie Store. Players may only order the Year Two Moments of Triumph T-Shirt if they completed the Year Two Moments of Triumph Record Book by September 20th, 2016. ....So did you complete before the 20th?

Trust me dude I know the rules had it completed the day it came out went to order the t shirt last night at 8 pm on OCT 4TH and it is no longer available
