Destiny is now legit pay-to-win, Bungie needs to fix it

Hopefully this exploit is a mistake by Bungie and not the direction of this game. https://www.youtube.com/embed/sEPkxDdnf_o As shown in the video, you can convert real $ to Legendary Marks. If you are willing to pay for the silver and spend the time conveying it into Legendary Marks, you can buy planetary materials and rank up with factions as much as you like. Except for artifacts (which drop in Iron Banner btw) you can reach max light without having to actually play the game. This is ridiculous and the game needs a hot fix ASAP.

Anyone who uses this method is wasting their money. 3 marks an armor piece, meaning it takes around 67 Iron Engrams to get to 200 (Assuming that you spend all 200 Marks on mats). Each engram costs 5 Silver Dust, so that's a grand total of 335 Silver Dust. You'd need around 55 Radiant Treasures to aquire said Silver Dust (Assuming that you dismantle the exotic ornament that comes with the singular silver dust). Using planetary materials only, you'll rank up your faction once, maybe twice. Not worth it, and virtually useless to players below 380 because a potential single light level boost on 2-3 pieces of gear will not make any difference.
