I currently have 9 of them. They aren't worth crap after hitting 385.....

You realize 385 is max light right now right? Save them til hard drops and it gets bumped to 400

385 is supposed to be max light but it is not...all three of my characters are 387...I am saving them - that is why I have 9

Yep...past 385 keys are worthless until HM comes out. Nothing I get (on my 386 hunter) is any good when I pop one. Save them. As for the drop rates...well I'm on the fence about it. Think I'd prefer a small buff to 3oC than a buff to key drops. By that's just my op.
