In the same number of strikes a month ago, how many strike-specific drops would you expect?
I would expect 2 or 3.
That is what skeleton keys are.
It "feels" more rare because you see the chest every time, vs before, the strike-specific item was just on the ground where the boss died with the engrams.

That could be seeing that chest at the end every time is like Bungee saying "haha bet you wish you a key to open this ha". Just annoying.
