The only Skeleton Key I've seen is the one I got from Sepkis. I got a class item out of the chest I used it on. I got over it. I suggest you do the same.

For me, I got strike stuff on 5-10% of strike completions. I would not have minded if the rate was higher, but there are more important things to complain about. Now, the key drop rate for me is the same 5-10%. And there are still bigger things to complain about. The drop rate is fine.
