ASPD.
Speaking of...Some of us can feel empathy, well at least of a sort.
There is a broad spectrum you know, as most mental conditions have.

Being someone who's researched the topic thoroughly, empathy as most people know it, would disqualify you from Anti-social personality disorder. People with ASPD have their own form of empathy where they can understand how someone feels from a purely logical standpoint but not an emotional one. ASPD people can fake empathy because while growing up they can study how other people work because they learn about most emotions from other people, and not their own.

Like I said there is a spectrum. Don't really feel like getting into a large debate since afterall this is the internet and nobody is who they say they are haha. But either way I myself overall fit in with the overall no empathy, however there are exceptions. But even in those moments I have a sort of "Empathy Switch". Believe what you'd like, but I suggest you do more research on the subject. Because like "normal" people, people with mental illnesses do differ.

A large part of ASPD is a lack of morals and complete disregard of others.
