Still don't have it. I remember sitting on a pile of blue fusion rifles for months hoping the quest would pop.

If xur sells a legacy special engram you have a decent chance of getting it from that depending on how many y1 specials you don't have unlocked in the kiosk. (the legacy engrams are weighted to give stuff you don't have, though it's not 100%)
