If it's someone else's body, why the -blam!- would I care? If you want to do that shit then you do that shit, and so long as it doesn't negatively impact me, I couldn't care less. I would personally never do it, because I don't know what the -blam!- I would want indefinitely inscribed onto my skin, but if that's what you enjoy, have at it. I'll certainly admire it if it's worth admiring, and I'll laugh at it if it's retard, but whether or not you get a tattoo and where you get it is entirely up to you.
