The Best Thing You've Ever Eaten?
What is the best thing you've ever eaten? Maybe it's your mother's homemade lasagna. Maybe it was that sandwich you had for lunch today. Or maybe you haven't had it yet?

Edited by KittyTheQuiet1: 9/24/2016 2:21:19 AMI took a large roast, soaked it in Whiskey overnight, cut it in half and threw it in a hot cast iron pan with portobello mushrooms, onion, peppers and garlic. The mushrooms I had to buy at a store, but the roast came from a local farm and the other ingredients were homegrown. Well, minus the Whiskey. The potatoes on the side ended up covered in the drippings and veggies. Medium rare, seered to perfection.
