You realise it's the store right (psn or live) and not directly a bungie problem? It's kinda why this happens with multiple titles

  • You mentioned corrupted downloads, it's a store problem bungie gets the flak but it is the processing of the store, of course if you have s disc and your just talking the patch then that problem was fixed within 12hours on all platforms, can you be more specific with your problem? I'm not defending anyone but this is what has happened so far so please elaborate as it might be your end

  • I know everyone thinks that for some odd reason but most are not asking me if I've already called PSN, which I did, 3 times. But that was 3 days ago. It's actually Bungie and I've managed a work around but others can't and still can't access the game. It's been a maddening struggle 😬

  • Is this the collection/upgrade thing? I know the stores are searching for a solution to it. Honestly though it's got nothing to do with bungie, they provide the files/pack and the stores upload them psn in your case (I'm on psn too) has -blam!-ed it not bungie so bungie is rather tied up right now waiting in the stores to fix there shit. I've just bought the upgrade (collection) as my discs pop out I've tried all the fixes but the static still eventually builds up too much and jut ejects them I'll let you know if I have a problem with the upgrade and digital purchase when I get in from work

  • Sony filed suit to Bungie to fix the problem. Nobody but Bungie can fix it, for some reason I don't see them giving anyone access to their code to even attempt such a thing. This is no fault of the customer. Everything else is tip top, but I believe us coming together and making all the extra calls to Sony, Mediacom and blowing up Bungie forums is what got their attention and we did 99% of the troubleshooting for them. Lol

    We're talking about completely different issues. Your talking about error codes or actual store access problems?

    Then yeh that's bungie / your net. I only include "your net" as more often than not its he way your net speaks to the server/game with its packets, I am NOT saying it is your net as this issue now i know we're on the same page unfortunately was bungie.
