Are so some kind of joke this is rise of iron and hardly any of us have received our iron gjallahorns or the sparrow sort it out or I will find a phone number and ring your company direct to sort this issue out we don't pay all this money to be mugged off by jokes like you I love this game but you keep making these stupid mistakes that shouldn't happen

WOW.....did you even read the above comment or even note the date of the post ? The Taken King ?? This post clearly like many others asks about The Rise of Iron content bonus. Guess all we get are machine operated automatic response's when you are totally clueless as to why so many people are having problems with bonus items, come on get the act together stop fobbing people off and replace the lost items. I too pre-ordered my copy from Game and am having the same problem no Gjallahorn and no trusty mount to flash around on?? why ?? whats happening ??? when will it be resolved ???? thats all we need !

What do I do when the retailer tells me to go back to you? You apparently never sent Amazon any codes for the g-wing.. what gives?

I bought mine at Best Buy back in July and I didn't get a single pre-order bonus
