I'm dumb, I meant later than launch, with the 13 hours. Just noticed that too, haha

Perhaps the MoT are ending an hour earlier than launch. Who knows? If you read last week's update, they specifically said it launches at 2 am pacific time, ergo 5 am on the east coast.
