PSA: I've been reading that you can only be infected once per character. If you got 2, you cannot get the other 3, you must get all 5 at once.

No, there is an immunity factor. You can only get infected by a guardian that does not have any buffs that you have. Let's say your friend has 2. If you have ONLY the other 3, you can pass your 3 to him or he can pass his 2 to you.

Ok seems legit. Why wouldn't the 3 my friend didn't have transfer? That's my only reason for stating my op.
-
Because you had 5, right? He had 2 already. So he is immune. If you didn't have the 2 that he had, then you could transfer them. It's lame, but you can only transfer if you do not share any of the same buffs.

Edited by BACTERIA SOUR: 9/16/2016 5:06:04 PMAhhhhhh, ok I see. Thanks for setting me straight, I try to be as accurate as I can when posting about such things. Still a lot of unknowns here so.....again thanks. Edit: so my titan can still acquire the other 3 just not if they have 1 of the 2 my titan has.

Correct. That's the problem I'm having. Finding people that only have the other 3. :(

Ouch, a new grind. Just what we needed hahaha. I kid.

Edited by BACTERIA SOUR: 9/16/2016 2:15:07 PM100% true. Just tested, I have all 5, my buddy has 2, he could not get the other 3 no matter what we tried. That and...it's all over the forums.

No, it's not, I'll reply to your main comment with why.
