I have a private dorm, and being able to have a girl over whenever and have privacy is god send. This might not seem like much, but growing up with strict parents it's a relief to know my days of car sex are over (mostly)

Oh, I can completely understand that. I decided to stay home (it saves over $3,000 for me) but in a sense I really wish I would have moved out to be able to do that. :(
