I main a warlock, and I think we should [b][u]not[/u][/b] get an evade. We have other abilities. Keep the classes unique.

    Hunters are not unique. We only have our supers which were underdeveloped compared to the fan made subclasses. Even I can make a better hunter subclass than Gunslinger. I wish that RoI added subclass morphing so I could at least fix subclasses for Hunters and Warlocks. Warlocks best subclass in terms of Crucible is Stormcaller and only because of the shotgun range melee, which shouldn't be possible. Titans are just tanks which Bungie are obviously trying to say they don't favor by giving them buffs for their Hammers and slightly tweaking their Shoulder charge which would still be a main method of kills. Bungie needs to do a better job in development. I can make a better game and I have no imagination and no experience. Bungie step up your game, make Destiny 2 a refreshing journey back to the Destiny "universe" and if possible start thinking of listening more to actual ideas given by the community. *second part is message for Bungie stop reading here if you don't care or aren't planning on getting Destiny 2* [b]IT WILL HELP YOU![/b] Give more variety and give some fan service too. Separation of Crucible and PvE is recommended for the ease of making changes for those who play Crucible while also keeping subclasses the same for raids and other PvE activities and removing the Meta in PvE. (admittedly some subclasses are more useful but they need less difference in strength and more difference in play style and preference. Make it a player choice of what subclass to use during a raid instead of what the meta is. Breaking gun archetypes will also help with gun variety and making it more fun to get loot.) I will make a separate post on this to further accent this point but this is mostly an idea of what will help more people like Destiny and attract a better review earlier than the second year.)

  • Frankly, I didn't read this wall of text. It's clearly a rant, and I'm not interested. I just read the first sentence. Hunters aren't unique? Throwable melee, totally different jump and movement pattern, longest range supers in the game. Hunter is the most obviously different class. After you said that hunters aren't unique, I just can't take you seriously.

  • Hunters are not unique compared to the entire genre. The double jump is the same as in COD: AW and the throwable melee is only unique with smoke but doesn't do much since it is basically just meant to be a second grenade or a getaway tactic. The throwing knife isn't that unique since it doesn't help much except in the worst case senario when you need a couple of damage to extend Golden Gun or to get a slight DoT effect for the last hit. Hunters are only unique with the Bow but that is still limited to bosses or large groups of ads in PvE. The Bow in PvP is almost exclusively for stopping Titans with Hammers and Stormcallers. Bladedancer is currently best for the Crucible but is still nothing because of all the Titans running around. I will admit that Bladedancer is the most unique subclass for any first person shooter, but it is still only one subclass out of 9. That is what I mean by Hunters not being unique.
