As much as I disagree with how Bungie handled this whole patch business, we have no rights. We choose to play or we don't. Even suggesting litigating these issues is a dead end.

Edited by polam: 9/10/2016 1:21:04 PMAs I said the game is owned by EULA agreement but as paying customers we have no rights ? not a perfect example but ... if you are customer that rented a room at a hotel ,then upon your arrival the hotel owner said you have to share with 6 other people ... you will take it because he owns the hotel ? or as you are staying your hotel room and they make adjustments with noise and trashes the room ... you will also not complain because he owns it ? (given the hotel owner provides no other alternatives while they are renovating). have you ever not had an issue with services ? it really confounds me how people perceive their lack of rights or options to resolve issues.

Hey, knock yourself out on it. I'm not saying don't, I'm saying we don't have a legal leg to stand on.

Edited by ironBill: 9/10/2016 6:06:14 PMWe are. I get the rage. I've been here too long to feel outrage anymore, but I do think it's worth voicing dissatisfaction with the lack of communication. It shouldn't be so hard for them, yet it is.
