Does anyone know if the trespasser is dropping on Xbox one as well or if it's yet another PS exclusive?

It is not a PS exclusive. I got the Trespasser on both XB1 and PS4. I would try throwing a few exotic special weapon engrams to get it but besides that save the rest of your exotic engrams for RoI.
