Error code "tapir" while trying to transfer characters to xbox one

I have the same issue. Did you play on the xbox one and the 360 before trying to import to the xbox one? That's what I did. From what I can gather people that got the xbox one, around last Thursday, and tried to import their characters, cannot play on xbox one but can still play on the 360.
