How do you get a player banned, permanently from the Forum?
Just curious.

Muting works well. If their behavior seems to be offensive to a large crowd you can file a report on them but do not do so if this user just seemed to bug you. The people that go through those reports experience fake ones all the time and surely you would be the kind sir to not add to that burden of it were not needed.
