That might be cool.
Also, more relevant class advantages would be cool. Such as:
Titans can carry more ammo, and have more damage resist even in PvP
Hunters can use three exotics in all (two armor, one weapon or vice versa)
Warlocks Supers charge faster than other classes.

Warlocks have to this time a perk for faster recharge for Storm Trance. Hunters with 3 Exo Items to the same Time would be a Little Bit OP. And the Most Exo Titan Chestplates have more Ammo for Heavy/Special (switchiable Perk) But your attempt was good.

This could stack, then. And I know the warlock perk, I use it. That may be why my warlock's k/d is better than my other Guardians', because I keep him close to his buddies and they support each other. But it could be stackable with warlocks' general faster super regen as well. My preferred perk for Titans would be to allow them to use a machine gun as their primary. Unfortunately, this would make them insanely overpowered in the Crucible. But if it could be a PvE only thing, I think it would counterbalance Hunters' three exotics and warlocks' accelereated Super regen. Or maybe general ability regen would make more sense. They could create new artifacts, class-exclusive, that allow this. And for nerf-whiners, these artifacts could be banned from the Crucible. Titan artifact: May use a heavy machine gun as a primary. Hunter artifact: May use either two exotic armors or two exotic weapons. Warlock artifact: Super and abilities charge 30% faster.
