It was a let down because you set your expectations way to high. As did most people. The game turned out to be exactly what i expected from it, and i still enjoy it for what it is. Was everyone expecting every planet to be unique? Extremely diverse? Or was it the fact that multiplayer wasn't implemented?

Not every planet was expected to be unique, but we expected more. God forbid I expect to see more than one interesting planet per 10 hours. That's not high expectations, that's actually completely understandable given the type of game.

I think multiplayer options would have helped the game a lot.
