Dam I Missed This Game!
Hey guys,
So.....I was like -blam!- it, I wanna download the companion app and see how the community/game is, and it seems like you guys have been killing it with the ideas and just keeping the positive juices flowing. Honestly, I'm not going to give a whole story, but, long story short...I last played this game when the dark below was out and stopped because I lost faith in the game even though I knew it was something way bigger. I never shat on the game but was irritated with the things that Bungie could have done with it. The thing about this game is, you gotta take it how it is cause those little crappy moments that they have pre nerf and all are always the best. I'm looking back at it now and felt kind of stupid to leave at such an early stage of the game. Had I been positive and enjoyed what I was doing in the moment, I would have appreciated destiny way more. There are things that guardians who have been playing for a minute (year one) can say that none of the newer noobs can say. Like when thorn what such a crappy bounty to do. But when you finally got it(at least for me) it was the best feeling. Then finding out that it was low key beastly till they nerfed it. Like that to me was a memory that will stick, for some odd reason. With that being said I commend all the ones that stuck it out and made the game what it is now. Obviously it's not perfect, but just enjoy it guys. For what destiny is, it dookies on a lot of games that are out now or will be coming out. The mechanics in destiny are crispy to say the least. WOW wouldn't have became what it is if it wasn't for its community. Same applies for this. And that's for all the noobs, trolls, rick rolls, negative nancy's all dat.
So I definitely plan on coming back ASAP and completing the TTK stuff before ROI drops. If anyone/any group of people would be so kind as to taking me under their wing and getting me acquainted with this game again and updating me on anything I missed, I would appreciate it a lot. This community has always been very welcoming and it would be great to continue from where I last left off. To say the least, my belief for this game has came back hard core and I definitely plan to stay for the rest of the journey. May you guardians continue to enjoy and grind and always welcome others.

Yup. Destiny sure has changed. More grind, more time wasted, more glitches, more lag. God I miss this game. I might redownload to play some shitty 3 gun meta crucible or maybe a strike that gives shit gear. Totally miss this amazing game

You quit at Dark Below? Yea you have a ton to catch up on. Year 1 player here and I've gotten bored with Destiny at times, but PVP always keeps me going. There is so much to do in this game if you challenge yourself in all areas of it. Suck at trials? there's a full 6 months of work there for you to do in Destiny. And that's just in one game mode. If people quit Destiny it's because they have life issues, have ADD, or just get caught up in hype of other games that fade over a few months. Destiny rocks and I've been playing it since Sept '14.

3 RepliesHaha I left when BO3 came out and swore I'd never play again. I loved the game but just got burnt out. My buddy and I got tired of BO last week and so I texted him and said "I'm about to put Destiny back in and play". So we did and now we are hooked...again! Forgot how much fun I had playing this game!
