Zhalo Supercell shouldn't exist.
Bungie should have made [b]The Fatebringer[/b], an exotic hand cannon with the EXACT SAME PERKS as [b]Fatebringer[/b], made it chrome silver like [b]The First Curse[/b] or [b]Hawkmoon[/b], kept Arc damage and I'm sure it would have been way more popular than Zhalo.
[b]Black Hammer[/b] got the exotic treatment (after a perk nerf) so why not [b]Fatebringer[/b]?

Hmm. Not sure I like the idea of everyone having one. :/ Definitely not a bad idea.

It could even have been acquired with the NTTE quest to tie it in to the Vault.
