I think there are so many good mysteries that as a community we are so impatient that we enjoy assuming our own version and interpretation which is pretty cool. But at the same time it's frustrating as hell because we want at least SOME answers.

Yes exactly, just a little info would be nice cause we really don't even know kinda what the darkness and the traveler are other than that they exists And we are about to start year 3... Ha

Just as little side note, I think we can safely take this article as a nod to the fact that the traveler CHOSE to stay as opposed to rasputin "forcing" it. I wish they released a new strike every month (I'd settle with every 2 months), even if it wasn't that long, and at the end we learn a small but satisfying piece of the larger picture. They could hide a few secrets and give us the month to uncover everything and then repeat until destiny 2 comes out.

In a quote from gamescon they said since Saladin is moving to felwinter peek that open area up top will be used more regular for different events. So I hope more regular means on a 1-3 month rotation or something
