This would be sweet, also like a survival game in the Dark Age times set on Earth would be cool, might turn out too generic though

Not at all. You're walking through some ruins at night then a hive seeder drops down and you've got to navigate around several knights and wizards. Walking through a forest when a fallen skiff drops some vandals and a captain that hunt you silently. Maybe even one invisible guy you have to be especially careful about.

Actually Nvm, I got thinking about it and it could actually be really cool. There is a lot of the lore you could integrate into making a really neat experience.

Rusted lands was one such place. A settlement that couldn't leave because a hive seeder, until a team of guardians came. But when night fell, the hive came out and attacked the guardians. Only one hunter remained, she escorted the survivors back to the last city.

Or the Golden Gun guy (it's been awhile) leading the group through the canyon while trying to hide from Fallen Skiffs
