Not Bungie's decision, now the communication on this is what is bad.

Bungie has to take some credit for it, as activision is only the promoter, Bungie owns full creative rights to the game.

You are right...Bungie has creative control.....hence they make the content. However.....Activision dictates when and what content is released. Activision also dictates when and what communication can be released. That was proven when bungie had a severe communication draught around xmas. It is NOT a coincidence that this content cycle was not announced til the exact same day as Activisions earnings report to investors.

Exactly. Someone gets it. If they'd been up front when announcing the new exclusives or RoI the outrage would have been much less.
