Most likely either lag, litc, or final round. I have this one HC from year one that has the perfect roll, a magazine size of 5 with luck in the chamber. Every magazine has enough for 2 kills over the course of 5 shots.

As I said I'm my post, no damage buffing perks. I'm honestly not worried about it. Just trying to see if anyone has noticed this issue becoming more common lately.
