Yeah, im tired of getting 2.0+ KDs and getting nothing while shitlords with .33 get legendaries at 335 to drop from IB
At the bear minimum you should have to get a 1.0 or higher to get legendaries to drop. Personaly i think they shouldnt drop unless you get like 1.5 or higher.

It would still be rng, it would just have a requirement attached to it for rng to be allowed to roll legendaries.
