Bungie Store

Is it just me or does Bungie never respond to customer service requests? I placed an order with the Bungie Store and shows they created a shipping label with a tracking number July 19th 2016 but here it is August 15th and they still haven't shipped and wont return my customer service emails about the order.
Moderator edit: This thread has been moved to the #Help forum where you can find answers and troubleshoot any Destiny in-game / bungie.net / companion app issues, courtesy of other helpful players and Mentors. • Agreed. No replies. Have emailed 3 times now...weeks apart...no replies. Will be pursuing fair trade authorities shortly...its getting ridiculous.

  • Dunno why spawn moved it here since the only answer is to email the store. Since this help forum is for game related help and has no access to the store you will have to keep trying with them.

    • This is why I avoid physical merch for most gaming and software companies, unless they are goliaths like Microsoft or whatever. Too many times I've seen a gaming company screw the pooch royally when it comes to physical goodies. It seems that either A) They try doing it in-house, and underestimate how difficult it is to do correctly. B) They hire the cheapest outsourced warehouse possible, and (like A) underestimate how difficult it is so they assume the cheapest will be fine.
