Yeah you're probably right. But they aren't rerollable anymore which is the issue. I was under the impression the only really unique part about the iron banner guns was that they were A) good and B) rerollable. But bungie took both of those away in taken King. Bungie is the Taking King

Rerolling.. they took it away because they realized it shortened the grind immensely. I say they could bring back the concept and make it a limited amount a week and/or cost marks. Butcha, they want you to grind [puts on spin-metal hat] which is why they introduced a half dozen useless perks with the Taken King, to reduce your odds of getting a god-roll.
