At my wit's end.

Ever since the reversion that occurred on august 9th, I have had consistent red bars in crucible, and baboons, weasels, and even the occasional viper plague my PvE experience. I did not change my set up at all to warrant this volume of errors and disconnects, and I've tried almost everything I can think of to get a stable connection. Ive set up QoS rules, tried several configurations for Router channels, set a static IP address for my PS4, messed with optimal MTU setting, and even put my PS4 in a DMZ, all not no avail. The Network Guide has nothing in it that i don't already know, or haven't already tried. I even gave my ISP a call and spent an hour on the phone to ensure everything was normal. I love this game, Bungie, and I just want to play it. But the more and more time i spend looking at this issue, the less likely it is that the issue is on my end. I would appreciate actual help if possible.

From my experience, it's on your IP's end. My IP throttles my upload speed at random times. It's frustrating as hell. For example, if you have perfectly normal download speed, but your upload is slow, its your IP. Trust me, I've been given the run around. Some Reps don't have a clue. You need to ask to speak to a Manager. Make sure your firmware is up to date on your router. Assuming it is, there's no doubt that it is your IP.

    • I'm having the exact same issue... There's lots of people on this thread who are. I'm just glad I'm not the only one. I hope Bungie fixes this.
