I do. Start looking at your gameplay, especially gunfights you lose (if they are actually fights and you are close.) You'll find your areas of improvement. It definitely helped me, and I doubt my elo is higher than yours.

Where can I find the gun fight data? TIA

I'm not sure, I just use the built in XB1 feature (guide guide x) to record after a streak or a fight I think I should have one or were I got close to winning. It's on you. I know people who twitch just so they can go watch the entire game.
