As a day one player I must say that looks more like cheating imo.
I've never seen a pulse rifle kill that fast. Auto perk doesn't increase fire rate.

I have seen few times in crucible when someone has an pulse rifle but shoots like Auto rifle, I really don't know cose it I doubt it may be lag cose u die to fast for it to be just lag
