The players weren't blinking around like they would if there was enough lag for the rate of fire on this guy's hacksaw to get so high. You're pretty annoyed that OP figures hacksaw guy has rapid fire or something.

Not with the same consistency that this happened. The RoF would change if it was intermittent.
