Edited by TACCOMGUY: 8/10/2016 7:25:52 PMEven with a "ahem" [i]modded controller[/i] with "tweaked down to the proper millisecond gap (we're talking enabling auto trigger pulls from 4ms down to 0.01 ms)" with rapid fire enabled, I've never seen someone able to achieve that fire rate! The Bungie sandbox/devs actually have a built in limiter or buffer that should not allow a second shot to be fired if it's within that rate of fire buffer... "People" (not me...???) have tried tuning rapid fire on several weapons (Scouts, Pulse, Autos, Hand Canons, Shotguns, etc).... Whatever this guy with the Hawksaw is playing at it's obviously a hack or mod... My 2 cents....

This is the stupidest thing when you are threatened with harassment for exposing a cheater. I understand it's against ToC to "name and shame", but it should be acceptable when someone is blatantly cheating. Froggie can go put his nose back in Cosmo's backside where it belongs.

2 RepliesFull auto perk you would still see the gun "burst" fire with a pause, you can just keep your finger on the trigger. The Hawksaw in the vid doesn't pulse, it's constant stream like a high ROF AR. Modded controller imo.

Yea it's just a video game but hell people have to be responsible for their own actions and limiting everyone else's freedoms while these people break your game is really doing wonders for your reputation bungie. GIVE EM THE WACK! Also think it's funny that when people cheated on gears of war 2 on the 360 people had their gamer score reset to zero and their zone out as "cheater" so everyone could see if they were legit or not which I think is a completely reasonable consequence.

God these ninjas are so stupid. Bungie just loves their damn cheaters. They don't get punished, EVER and it really -blam!-ing pisses me off. Maybe if bungie let us show them the cheaters they'd do something but noooo that's not allowed. They need to change their dumb code of conduct and actually let us show them who's being a prick in their own game since they're too lazy to figure it out themselves.

5 RepliesIt's like bungie wants people to cheat. All the ninjas do is run around taking down videos and such that show cheaters, well, cheating. They don't do anything about it, I've never once seen a cheater banned.

3 RepliesHow are we ever supposed to get these cheaters banned if every time we bring them to the public, the OP gets nerfed and ninja'd? What is this, "Don't tell on the bad guy or you will hurt his feelings" You want us to in-game report someone, and I kinda feel like every time we do that a paper is printed and falls into a folder named "shit we don't care about". As we have paid for this product, and continue to pay for dlc, microtransactions, and future games, we would like to not be cheated against or felt as though we have no power against these hackers. I'm just asking for a proper solution because what we have now is a hackfest. How can I play any competitive game modes, (trials) if players can get into an unkillable area of the map, take no dmg, or boot me and my teammates?
