It would either have to be a cosmetic bonus or something really minuscule. Otherwise everyone will all be wearing the same shit instead of diversifying themselves with different armor sets. "Man I want to wear this and this, it looks so cool... But I really need that damage debuff from Taken..." I would love it if there were a shader for every armor set that unlocks on completion of said armor set just like with TTK raid armor.
