Agree.
The high RoF hand cannons, mid RoF handcannons, and Low RoF handcannons all take 3 Precision shots to kill.
so dumb.
I say High RoF take 3 headshots
Mid take 2
Low take a headshot and a bodyshot to kill.

Yeah hand cannons are in a bad place right now, it literally feels like its rng wether the bullet even hits where you are aiming at half the time and without a range perk its even worse.
